Job Description
Work experience in Sourcing and Screening resumes
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Performing reference and background checks
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Effective negotiating skills
Completing timely reports on employment activity
Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates has experience in Technical hiring and knowledge in High end technologies
Should have worked in volume hiring
Should have experience in end to end recruitment (Sourcing till offer release).
Must have 2+ years IT recruiting experience.
