Job Description
Oversees, trains, and reviews staff Manages financial and statistical records, including budgets Answer phone calls and respond to store-related emails and other communications Monitor receipt, storage and return of items to ensure there is no pilferage or damage. Manages inventory and rotates inventory based on the buyer behaviour Plans and arranges promotional displays and materials based on seasons, festivals etc. Resolves customer complaints and inquiries in an amicable manner to improve customer loyalty Ensures exemplary customer service across all executives Motivates staff to meet sales goals and targets and maximize profitability Ensures compliance with safety and health regulations Ensures staff are well-groomed, in proper attire and at best behaviour at all times. Resolves conflict within employees and aim to improve team bonding and collaboration at all times Creates a high-performance culture while maintaining a professional, respectable work environment for all employees. Encourages high-performance by setting an example of best professional behaviour and ethical standards.

Desired Candidate Profile
Available to join between 28th Sept - 2nd October (28th September preferred) Only from Large Format Retail. It is mandatory. Qualification- Any Bachelors degree with no arrears 4+ years experience in retails sales with a proven track record 1.5+ years successful experience in retail store management Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Strong customer management and leadership skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software programs Ability to operate POS systems Solid understanding of mathematics and reading comprehension skills Perks and Benefits Performance-based commission for exceeding sales targets (calculated based on revenue generated)
