Job Description
Person would be responsible for Finance, Accounts and Compliance of the Organization Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments. Drive the company’s financial planning . Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks. Control and evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure. Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations. Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.) Managing all finance and accounting operations Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements Finalization of accounts & Consolidation of accounts Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting Support month-end and year-end close process Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings Managing all audits Managing direct and indirect taxation Knowledge of corporate Law, accounting standards.

Desired Candidate Profile
Ø Candidate should have experience in Finance based Company under NBFC regulations. Ø Candidate age limit is 48-53. Ø Candidate should be served as CFO or GM in finance based Company accounts under NBFC regulations.
