• Districts will be assigned to each and every Marketing and Sales executive. Identifying and appointing Dealers in the areas assigned.
• Work with the existing dealers in the areas to increase the sales in the region.
• Report on the weekly progress on the above 2 tasks with the Management Team.
• Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
• Initiating, Developing & Overseeing marketing campaigns.
• Achieving the targets fixed every month.
• Ensure placement of products in all possible point of sales in the assigned region.
• Provide inputs on market and product trend periodically with the management team.
• Plan, Conduct & Execute promotional Campaigns during launch of new products and during other requests.
• We never give credit. We are always 100% cash and carry.
• If the executives ask for schemes, we can work it out. As introduction schemes.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Candidates should have 2-4 years FMCG experience
• Beverage industries is added advantages
• Candidate should stay in district headquarter
• He should have at least 15 distributor network in related area
• Knowledge about primary and secondary market
• Minimum 2 year stable in same organization
• Basic location is district head quarter
• Qualification BBA (or) Any degree
