Job Description
Team Handling minimum 8-10 members if team-RO
Identify new market area for loan disbursement
Segmentation of the area with potential active RO
Conversion of lead generated
To validate potentiality of target customer
90% Field visit
To check annual income of a customer
To check any previous loan details (if any)
To check loan amount capable for payable
Approval of loan amount applied through-CPU(Central processing unit)
Application closer TAT 2-3 Visit a day
Door to door customer visit minimum 2-3 visit a day
After Loan disbursement visit at customer end for product verification
To check for recovery amount
Group Visit at customer end
Follow-up with Hot Prospect
Average 120 customer handling per day
End to end target closer
To impact regulation & guideline of RBI to the team members (Do’s & Don’ts)
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1-2years from financial sector/load department/micro banking & minimum 3years from another background
Minimal graduation from any stream
Must have bike and DL
Only male candidate
7:30AM (Week off as per company policy)
