Prepare and conduct technical training programs and ensure that training programs are in sync with business needs Prepare an effective training material Conduct technical training sessions on a regular basis Collect feedback from developers on technical training sessions Evaluate developers and teach new skills to developers Document and maintain all training processes Should be self motivated and continuously enhance technical and presentation skills Note :Accomendation provided
