Job Description
Tasks and Activities: Review day to day operational tasks to match client requirements: Everyday team and site plans need to be reviewed and sequenced according to client priority requirements. Necessary approvals to be provided to teams aligning to company budget. Review progress of team and individual targets: Individual and team wise targets need to be set and monitored for progress. Feedback sessions to be carried out. To maintain good levels of client relationship: Time to Time client projection need to obtained and align internal team target and responsibilities. Create, implement and continuously improve process and system: Identify the process gaps in team and regulate process improvement plans. To maintain Stocks: Review daily stock of warehouse and manage purchase of operational requirements. Regulate stock inventory. Plan and manage time consuming purchase requirement. To map individual growth plan aligning to company’s target. Individual career and targets need to be set, aligned to department and company targets. Implement new tasks, functions and department to align business requirements. Create new functions or departments on new requirement from client and internal organization. To maintain compliance. To maintain GST and other statutory requirements. Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues.
