Strong understanding of data models Expert in SQL, Oracle, or other relational database management system Expert in Stored Procedures, PL/SQL, DB scripts Strong understanding of Enterprise Application Development Strong understanding of business processes Knowledgeable in APIs and other integration technologies Experience and knowledge in insurance domain (Medical, General, Life, Motor) is a big plus Knowledge of ERPs, CRMs or other B2B systems a plus Good communication skills, both written and verbal Bachelor’s degree or minor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate with more than 6 years experience as a Senior Developer and also should have experience in leading a team of developers. Strong Understanding of User Experience concepts as it relates to applications Thought leader in agile framework and associated scrum methodology Rapid Application Development experience Skills in one or more computer programming languages (C, .Net, ASP .NET, PHP, Java, JavaScript, etc.) is a big plus Experience with User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design Knowledge of REST APIs and other integration technologies
