Proficiency with engineering design programs such as AutoCAD, Solidworks , ANSYS.
Preparing technical reports, design specifications documents, BOM, PPAP,DFMEA, PFMEA, DFM, DFA, and operational manuals.
Excellent knowledge in ISO9001/ASME Y14.5 GD& T /IATF 16949,IEC 60529,Poka-Yokestandards.
Ability to handle all QC instruments, Material selection based on applications.
Responsible for performing meshing and finite element attribute assessments for durability and NVH analyses of chassis systems for uni-body and body on frame vehicles.
Perform chassis systems modeling.
Perform analyses on chassis and full vehicle models as components, subsystems and full vehicles, including include bare frames, trimmed frames, chassis components, and full vehicle models to determine performance against targets.
Perform complex design analysis using Computer Aided Engineering CAE Software ANSYS.
Ensure that all work carried out is in compliance with company Design, safety, Quality. Environmental compliance.
Meeting with clients and design teams to determine mechanical applications and requirements.
Conducting research to inform the design and engineering methods required for the mechanical systems.
Performing computer simulations and experiments to virtually test and refine the designs.
Development and manufacturing of physical prototypes for testing.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
Industry Preferred :- Automotive ,EV Mobility, Electric motors.
Taking care activities involves from concept design to pilot production.
Documenting the design process, iterations, and test analytics.
Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Excellent skills in team management, Team involvement and cooperation with all teams and management.
