Job Description
Devise Plans & Implement marketing campaigns and digital campaign including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.
Proper utilization of ATL, BTL & TTL techniques for effective marketing.
Maintaining company's social media presence across all digital channels, media platforms like Radio FM's & different Print media like Newspapers / Magazines
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs). Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools
(Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
Launch & optimize online advertisements through Google Ad Words, Facebook etc. to increase
company's brand awareness.
To get the different kind of surveys to be done to know the current trend and requirement of the market
Overseeing campaigns, handle Outdoor Marketing, Print Marketing, Online Marketing
Proper coordination with designers for creating effective design.
Prepare additional corporate communication products such as flyers, brochures and exhibition
related projects.
Vendor Coordination & Negotiation on pricing and ensuring timely delivery.
Preparation of Marketing Budget of assigned region includes specific location/city and plan
specific marketing activities and plan accordingly.
Desired Candidate Profile
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
4-6 yrs. experience as Marketing manager or equivalent in Real estate, automobile or relevant
industry.
Proven working experience in digital marketing.
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
Demonstrable online marketing tools and best practices
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social
media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that
engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends)
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Any Graduate
PG: Any Postgraduate, B. Tech4/B.E. in Computers or MBA/PGDM in Marketing
A minimum of 4+ years’ experience.
Experience as a customer service representative at a call center or other environment with many
customers.
