Job Description
? Effectively plan for the Project Requirement Gathering Sessions ? Conducting detailed market research and competitive analysis to understand the client requirements Coordinating and communicating with the client and the internal project team - Developers, PM, QA’s, etc. on the business requirements to ensure the smooth flow of the project ? Requirements walkthrough to the team after the client approvals and ensuring all the clarity is attained throughout the project ? Develop user stories/ functional specifications/ system design specifications for client engagements by understanding the customer requirements ? Reports effectively to Project Manager on the status of discovery calls/ grooming sessions ? Efficiently manages the Change Requests

Desired Candidate Profile
? Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements ? Defining the vision for the team’s product & creating a product road map based on this vision ? Preparation of drafts/refinements of stories into tasks that the development team can execute ? Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements ? Communicate effectively with team members to achieve project goals ? Supervise and advise the scrum team to meet software expectations ? Responsible for overseeing all stages of product creation, including design and development ? Review the user stories and approve the business requirements ? Participating in Scrum meetings and product grooming sessions ? Create wireframes and get approvals on time, keep track of requirements and change requests Skills and Qualifications: ? In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology ? Working knowledge of product development architecture ? Strong analytical for understanding the problem statement & work along the client to understand the requirements ? Ensure effective prioritization of the backlogs during each sprint ? Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles, design thinking is appreciated ? Excellent oral and written communication ? Ability to work with large teams ? Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills ? Good Documentation and Presentation skills
