Job Description
Attending to service issues within the stipulated time.
Installation of equipment within the time frame.
Proficiency to speak in English.
Control of expenses within the budget.
Collection of outstanding service payments on time.
To increase service revenues.
Achieving AMC Targets.
On time submission of reports / feedback from customers to CSS Dept.,
Collection of Customer Survey Feedback forms regularly and submit the same to CRM department for customer satisfaction analysis.
Attending to monthly review meeting and contribute for continual improvement on product quality / service / documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or BE E&I, ECE candidate with minimum 2 years experience
Willing to travel 15 to 20 days per month across India
