Reporting directly to the Store Manager the Assistant Store Manager should have a hands-on approach to Store operations.
Primary responsibilities include managing the cash register and all financial transactions
Showcase diligence in maintaining daily sales activity and daily financial transactions
Responsible for the store display and sales, motivate store staff to enhance store sales performance.
Team players that are good at managing priorities while working in a high paced environment with new challenges every day.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving the selling efforts and building a lasting relationship with our customers through excelling in customer service and selling.
Manage the store based on the company standard, including: sales management, display management, stock management and personnel management.
Answer phone calls and respond to store-related emails and other communications
Desired Candidate Profile
Hands-on experience into day to day Operations, Retail, Wholesale, FMCG, Wholesale Operations, Retail Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, candidate should be very good into communication and MS excel.
Experience in managing POS systems is a must
Min. - 12th Standard
3+ years experience in retails sales with a proven track record
1+ years experience in managing cash registry
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Strong customer management skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software programs
Excellent Oral communication in Tamil is a must
Good oral and written communication in English is required
