Job Description
Food and water testing laboratory
(Sea food, tea,spices,cereals products,honey
Bakery items, fruits and vegetables, oil and its product,meat and meat products,and water )
Instrumentation :- ,Maintenance of equipment
Calibration and its record,
Analysis and validation of method
1.AAS :- heavy metals in food and water
2.GC :- pesticide residue , in food and water
3 HPLC :- Food additives, histamine and caffeine.
Wet analysis :- Same as above food and water
Proximate analysis, nutritional factor, tea, spices , cereals products etc as per FSSAI parameter
