Job Description
A Customer Success Specialist needs to interact with customers over email, phone, face to face and online meetings to ensure all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Job requires you to understand the customer's problem accurately, thoroughly understand the Product under support, follow the established procedures to resolve the problem, and communicate with the customers. The product under support is a Quality Management Software (SaaS product). You need to understand the nuances of web application and the Quality management domain to provide a high quality of support. As a Customer Success Specialist of a Global support team, you will be dealing with our customers from all over the world. This position requires you to work in Day and/or Night Shift aligned to Europe and/or North American Business Hours. You will be assigned to key customers and will become the single point of contact for all post sales technical support activities. This position requires someone who enjoys interacting with customers, and cross functional teams to drive customer issues to closure

Desired Candidate Profile
0 to 1 year experienced candidates with B.E., MCA, MSc (Comp Science), BCA or BSc (Comp Science) Possess outstanding written and oral communication skills Ensure timely and professional responses to all the customer requests and queries received and have it resolved within the turnaround time specified in SLAs via emails and phone. Escalate and follow up with the development team on any software issues and ensure timely resolution Curious and eager to learn new skills/concepts Must be a Team Player. Ability to empathize with the customer.
