Job Description
Responsible for underwriting secured & unsecured proposals for loan as per the laid down policies and procedures
Field Visit & Technical Valuation.
Estimating, budgeting the product
Conduct personal discussion with customers to establish credit worthiness
Control and contain front-end delinquencies by calling up customer on first presentation
Making sure completion of credit/KYC documents and verification- telephonic, field collateral visits
Coordinate with sales to achieve targets
Ensuring credit policy adherence to the accepted standards
Determining quality control standards
Ensure records are maintained.
Provide reports to Senior Head, Company Head as required.
