Job Description
· Collect reports from the ICU Nurse about the patients in the ICU.
· Oversee ICU Nurse have Maintain and calibrate ICU equipment for patient safety and support.
· Administer medications as prescribed by attending ICU physician by ICU Nurse
· Information to liaise with concerned to ensure safe and cost effective nursing care in the morning, evening and night shifts.
· Makes rounds at the beginning of shift, evaluating critical and problem areas acquiring in ICU Ward.
· Maintains a safe, comfortable and congenial environment in her/his shift encouraging adherence to set standards and promoting in ICU Ward.
· Organize, direct, and administer the Nursing / Patient Care Services in order to provide the level of care required by current medical and nursing standards in ICU Ward.
· Responds to requests from ICU Nurses, physicians and patients without delay.
· Coordinates and promotes relationships between ICU nursing staff and other departments.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Candidates should have minimum 10 years experience in ICU Nursing
· BSC Nursing or GNM is must
